WAOU MADRID CENTRO III - ALQUILER CORTA DURACION, Madrid

The apartment sits on Calle del Tribulete in the lively Lavapiés neighbourhood, placing Puerta de Atocha, Almudena Grandes Train Station, and the Reina Sofia Museum all within a short walk. Plaza Mayor is a 12-minute stroll away, and Gran Vía metro station is 2 km from the door. The immediate area offers a Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours, a metro station within two blocks, and several local bars and cafés. The neighbourhood itself has a gritty urban character; some may find it uncomfortable at night, with police presence and a sense of insecurity reported more often after dark. For daytime city exploration, the location is highly walkable to nearly all central attractions.

This 1-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people with one double bed and two single beds. It features a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker - though basic cooking ingredients are not supplied. The living area has a TV, and the unit benefits from both air conditioning and heating. The apartment is generally clean and well-maintained, though the double mattress has been reported as broken or sagging, making it uncomfortable for two adults. Noise from neighbouring apartments and the internal courtyard can be an issue, especially late at night. Storage is limited, with few closets or drawers, making the apartment better suited for short stays.
