The bus stop is within a 2-minute walk and provides a direct route to Dublin city centre (approximately 50 minutes). Supermarkets and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk, ideal for buying supplies. Phoenix Park and Dublin Zoo are about 11-12 km away, accessible by car in roughly 20 minutes. While street parking is available on site, the area is quiet and safe for walking. Note that attractions like the city centre are over 30 minutes by car or an hour by bus, so a rental car is recommended for extensive sightseeing.

Rooms are generously sized, often described as large and bright, with a table and chairs for in-room dining or work. Each room includes a wardrobe, heating, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms are on the first floor (except for one ground-floor unit). The twin room offers two single beds, while the double has one double. The furnishings are simple but well-maintained, with some rooms featuring candles and window shades for added comfort. Road-facing rooms may hear traffic noise at night; light sleepers may prefer a rear-facing unit or to use the available heating rather than opening windows.
