The S-Bahn provides a direct 30-minute journey to Munich's central stations without changing trains. Munich Airport is reachable by car in 30 to 45 minutes (no shuttle available). The neighbourhood is quiet, allowing restful sleep. A supermarket is within 5 minutes on foot, and the Allach Forest and a golf course (3 km) are close for outdoor activities. Free on-site parking makes car travel practical, and public transport tickets can be purchased at reception.
