The location, comfort level, and overall value for the price have been highlighted as strong points.

Hotel Details

Location

In the city centre, steps from Setas de Sevilla and surrounded by restaurants and cafés, with most landmarks within a 20-minute walk.
The apartment sits in the historic heart, with the Royal Alcázar a 19-minute walk away and Santa María La Blanca Church 1 km from the door. Plaza de Armas and Isla Mágica are within 2 km. Dozens of tapas bars, pizzerias, and dessert spots are within a 300-metre radius, including Perro Viejo Tapas and La Linterna Ciega. Seville Airport is 10 km away; the central bus and tram stops are within walking distance, making car-free exploration practical.

Accommodation

One-bedroom apartment with a separate living room, private bathroom, and a private terrace or balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
The apartment offers one separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, ideal for two adults though the sofa bed is not recommended for regular sleeping due to comfort and space constraints. The bathroom includes a shower with good water pressure, but the drain can clog quickly, and the toilet door is noisy when opened or closed. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Some units have been noted to feel damp with a musty smell, especially ground-floor apartments. The washing machine is a practical bonus for longer stays.

Dining

The apartment has a full kitchen, and the immediate area is packed with affordable restaurants and tapas bars.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and a dining table for four, allowing self-catering. More than eight restaurants and cafés are within a 300-metre walk, offering Spanish tapas, Italian pizza, and local pastries. Options include Perro Viejo Tapas, Los Dardos, Pizzeria Da Simona, and Kukuchurro Regina. For a wider selection of typical Andalusian dining, the central streets around the apartment provide many choices.

Leisure

The property does not have on-site wellness or leisure facilities, but outdoor activities such as kayaking and canoeing are available nearby.
There is no pool, spa, or gym within the apartment building. For leisure, kayaking and canoeing activities are offered in the surrounding area, and Maria Luisa Park (5 km) and Plaza de España (5 km) provide green space and walking paths. The central location puts most of Seville's cultural attractions within walking distance.

Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Request a top-floor unit or one with better soundproofing if you are sensitive to noise, as poor insulation can make street and neighbour sounds audible.

  • 02

Plan to clean the shower drain regularly during your stay to prevent water from pooling on the bathroom floor.

  • 03

Bring your own toiletries and check the condition of towels and linens upon arrival, as cleanliness standards have been noted to be inconsistent.

  • 04

Confirm the WiFi is working at check-in if you need a reliable connection, as connectivity issues may not be resolved quickly.
