A free tuk-tuk shuttle runs from the hotel entrance to the BTS station (08:00-17:00). Travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport takes 25-45 minutes by taxi or via the Airport Rail Link from Phaya Thai station (change at Siam). Fortune IT Mall and Train Night Market (Fri-Sun) are within reach via the MRT Blue Line. The area provides street food, night food markets, Lotus supermarket, Century The Movie Plaza, and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Each room has air conditioning, cable TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, work desk, seating area, wardrobe with lockable drawer, and a balcony with a sink and drying rack for hand-washing. The balcony is the designated smoking area. Rooms are spacious for the price point, with daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water replenished. Road-facing rooms on lower floors pick up noise from the busy soi, while rooms near the lift can hear corridor activity. Higher-floor rooms at the rear of the building are quieter. Mattresses are firm; some travellers find them very hard. The room decor is older and practical, not modern. Ant infestations have been observed in some rooms intermittently.

The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, high tea, and cocktail hour, with American and Thai cuisine in a traditional, family-friendly setting. Room service is available. The immediate area also provides street food stalls, a night food market within 100 metres, and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk including Japanese, Thai, and Western options. Lotus supermarket and its food court are near On Nut BTS station.

The fitness centre is basic and functional; it has no built-in fan or air conditioning but provides equipment for a simple workout. The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna and massage services at additional cost. The rooftop terrace provides city views and a quiet spot to relax. There is no swimming pool on site. The surrounding area includes a night food market and a weekend train night market for shopping and leisure.

Internet access is fast enough for streaming 4K content and video calls. Parking is free and on-site with no reservation needed. Luggage storage is available by arrangement. Self-service coin-operated washing machines and a separate drying machine are on the property (10 THB per item). A full laundry service with ironing is available for a small charge. Room cleaning is daily by request. The building is secured with entry locks after certain hours, and visitors are permitted with consideration for noise. Pets are not allowed.
