The hotel is steps from the Maxwell Food Centre and numerous restaurants. Changi Airport is a 30-minute drive or a 45-minute MRT ride with one change at Expo (approx SGD 4). Marina Bay and Orchard Road are a 10-minute drive or a 40-minute walk. The area is vibrant with shopping, street markets, and cultural sites. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Each capsule has a comfortable single or queen mattress, clean linens, a pillow, duvet, and a pull-down blind for complete darkness. Under the bed is a lockable storage compartment that fits large suitcases. Some capsules have a small desk and mirror. The female-only dorm contains 12 capsules and is located on the same floor as reception and bathrooms. Private rooms with 4 single beds are available but are very compact (about 2 m² of floor space) and share external bathrooms. There are no windows in any room. Air conditioning is present but may not circulate well inside the capsules; earplugs are recommended to manage noise from doors and hallway. Upper capsules are reportedly quieter. No rooms have balconies or private bathrooms.

Bread with spreads, three types of cereal with milk, and fresh fruit are always available. The breakfast space is limited and can fill up quickly during peak times. For more variety, the surrounding Chinatown area has countless hawker centres and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. There is no restaurant on site, but a snack bar and paid wine/champagne are available. The shared kitchen has a refrigerator and basic utensils (no cooking allowed). Breakfast is not halal certified but includes vegetarian options like cereal, eggs, and fruit.

The public bath provides a space to soak and relax. No swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre are present. Board games and a shared lounge with TV and video games are available for leisure. The lounge is a common area with seating and a relaxed atmosphere.
