The apartments range from compact studios to larger one- and two-bedroom units. All include a private bathroom (most with a shower, some with a bath), air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and tea/coffee maker. Some units have a private terrace or balcony. Units on top floors are often brighter and have pleasant views. Certain internal studios have only a small skylight-style window or an opaque glass panel, resulting in limited natural light and reduced ventilation - these rooms are best suited for short stays or sleeping, while guests wanting fresh air and daylight should choose an apartment with an exterior window or terrace. Kitchen sizes vary; basic meal prep is fine, but extensive cooking space is limited in the smallest studios.
