The main railway station is about 15 minutes on foot, and the city centre (Wenceslas Square) is a 20-25 minute walk or a short tram ride. Numerous tram lines stop within a few minutes, making access to the airport (via the main station) and to all major sights straightforward. Supermarkets Lidl and Albert are within a 5-minute walk, as are many restaurants and cafés targeting locals rather than tourists, which keeps prices reasonable. The hill can be demanding on foot with luggage, so a purchased tram ticket is recommended for the arrival leg. The immediate residential street is quiet, but the surrounding quarter offers a high density of nightlife, especially around the pubs.

Units range from studio apartments to separate one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, free toiletries) and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic cookware. Some rooms have separate toilet and shower cubicles. A smaller number of units are located in the basement (semi-basement level), which is noticeably cooler, damper, and has minimal natural light; these are suitable only for short, low-expectation stays and are not recommended for allergy sufferers or anyone requiring a comfortable sleep environment. Upper-floor units tend to be quiet and well-suited for short stays. Bed sizes are generally double (1 large bed), and some units include a sofa bed. Reported variability in supplies means it is wise to bring or buy dish towels, some basic cooking oil / salt / pepper, and toilet paper if staying more than a night or two.

The property does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Every unit includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils, allowing full self-catering. The surrounding Žižkov neighbourhood is known for its exceptionally high density of pubs, bars, and cafés serving affordable Czech and international food. At least eight restaurants, pubs, and tea lounges are within a 300-metre radius, including traditional Czech pubs (Pivní Lokál Ostrý), bistros (Bistrot Valentino), and a döner kebab shop. For groceries, Lidl and Albert supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. A welcome amenity of complimentary coffee and tea capsules is provided on arrival.

The property itself has no wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, sauna, or gym.
