Major landmarks such as Casa Batllo and Palau de la Musica Catalana are within walking distance, while Sagrada Familia and La Rambla are both reachable in around 20 minutes on foot. The nearest airport, Barcelona El Prat, is 14 km away; no shuttle service is available, but the metro makes airport transfers easy. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and mini-markets are found within a couple of blocks, making dining and errands uncomplicated. The neighbourhood feels safe and walkable, so a car is unnecessary and parking is not available.

The hostel exclusively offers shared dormitories - all rooms are shared, and there are no private rooms. Accommodation includes a seating area, parquet floors, air-conditioning, and soundproofing to help limit noise. Each bed comes with linen, a personal safety locker (key provided), an individual reading light, and a locker. Some rooms have a small balcony or terrace. Shared bathrooms are located on each floor. The rooms tend to be compact; rooms with more than six beds can feel tight, and those facing the hall or common areas may pick up noise from the lounge and late-night activities. The 6-bed rooms are the only ones with privacy curtains on the bunks. Beds are generally comfortable but basic, without a shelf or curtain in most rooms. Some rooms lack an external window. A digital key system allows easy access via an app.

Breakfast is included in the rate and includes bread, jam, butter, cereal, milk (including plant-based), coffee, and tea - a simple but sufficient start to the day. Free coffee and tea are available around the clock in the common area. The hostel organises low-cost evening meals such as free pasta on Sundays and paella nights for €6, which are popular social events. The shared kitchen is open 24 hours and is equipped with four hobs, an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, and plentiful cookware.
