AMRA BARCELONA CASPE, Barcelona

The property sits in the heart of Barcelona, placing major attractions like Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and the Gothic Quarter within a short walk. Passeig de Gràcia is reachable in 5 minutes on foot. The Aerobús from the airport stops just two blocks from the property, making arrival and departure straightforward. Metro stations and bus routes are within a few minutes' walk, reducing the need for a car. Several restaurants, bakeries, and cafés are located on the same street and the surrounding area is considered safe. For those arriving by car, paid public parking is available nearby but no on-site parking exists.

Accommodation ranges from budget double rooms to more spacious options with a balcony and additional seating. The standard double room bed measures 150 cm x 180 cm. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with a glass shower and toiletries storage, and blackout curtains. Some rooms include a mini-fridge, electric kettle in common area, and a desk table. Rooms facing the street can be quiet with closed windows. The overall atmosphere leans minimal and functional. The building is an apartment converted into guest rooms, which can affect sound insulation - thin walls and noise from neighbouring rooms and common areas are a known limitation. Light sleepers should request a room away from common corridors and the street-facing side. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after checkout.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. Each room is stocked with a coffee machine, capsules, and bottled water upon arrival. A common area provides a microwave, kettle, and tableware. Numerous dining options are within a short walk: restaurants such as Mussol Casp, Tapas 24, and Citizen Cafe are 0.3-0.5 km away, and several bakeries and cafés are directly around the corner for breakfast or snacks. This setup generally suits travellers who prefer to eat out or prepare their own simple meals rather than relying on hotel dining.

On-site leisure is minimal. A small outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a shared common area are available for relaxation. No wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or fitness centre exist. This setup works best for travellers who plan to spend their time exploring the city and only require a quiet place to rest.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout. Housekeeping is daily and includes towel changes every two days, though thoroughness can vary. A tour desk and ticket service are available. The common area contains a microwave, kettle, and tableware. Cots are available for infants. The property has a lift, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms. No laundry service or airport shuttle is offered. The building is secured with CCTV, and key-based access allows 24-hour entry after check-in. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
