WS MOUFFETARD - PANTHEON, Paris

The apartment is located on Rue Jussieu, immediately across from the Jussieu metro station (Line 7), which provides direct access to major sights and the airport. Luxembourg Gardens are a 15-minute walk, Notre Dame Cathedral is 16 minutes on foot, and the Panthéon is about 10 minutes away. The Latin Quarter neighbourhood is dense with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket within a one-minute walk. Sainte-Chapelle is 2 km away and the Louvre Museum is 3 km from the property. For getting around, the metro stop at the doorstep makes car-free city access straightforward, but there is no parking available for those arriving by car.

The unit is configured with two separate sleeping areas: one enclosed bedroom and a second bed in the living area. The apartment has heating, a seating area, and a dining table. The space is compact for four adults and suited more for practical city breaks than extended lounging. The bathroom is functional but small, and the toilet area is compact. Room size is tight, and the property is older, with sloping floors and a tired overall feel despite some modern decor elements. The shower is a handheld type, and noise from neighbours and the street can be expected. Light sleepers may want to plan for this, as sound isolation is limited. For travellers who prioritise price and location over spaciousness and modern finishes, this arrangement works for short stays.

Breakfast availability depends on the room booking and should be confirmed at selection. The surrounding Latin Quarter provides a wide variety of dining options within a two-minute walk: cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are abundant. Popular nearby spots include Café Jussieu (directly opposite), and several other restaurants within 0.5 km. For self-catering, the apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic cookware, making it easy to prepare simple meals. There is no on-site restaurant.

No on-site wellness facilities are available. The Jardin des Plantes botanical garden is within a few minutes' walk, offering a pleasant outdoor option for relaxation.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box. Express check-in and check-out are available, and an invoice is provided. The apartment is a non-smoking unit, and the entire building is non-smoking. No airport shuttle is offered. Parking is not available on site. For those arriving before check-in, luggage storage is not available, so plan accordingly. The check-in process uses multiple codes for building and apartment doors.
