For the Eiffel Tower, take metro line 9 direct - around 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is lively day and night, with many restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops within a few minutes' walk. Multiple metro stations nearby make car-free exploration easy, and the property is around a 30-minute walk from the Marais. If driving, reserve the paid off-site parking in advance.

Rooms were renovated in September 2019 and come in single, double, twin, triple and junior suite configurations, all with air conditioning (seasonal functionality), soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, safety deposit box, and en-suite private bathroom with a walk-in shower (some also have a bathtub). Most rooms have city views; none have a balcony. Room sizes can be compact, particularly for two people with luggage. Some twin rooms use two narrow single beds. A junior suite with two connecting rooms and a sofa bed is available for more space. While the property is fully renovated, some finishing details may show wear. Daily housekeeping is free.
