HOTEL BEAUSEJOUR, Paris

The hotel sits in the Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement, close to Père-Lachaise cemetery and Canal Saint Martin. Parmentier metro station (line 3) is 100 metres away, providing direct access to central Paris and landmarks such as the Opéra Garnier. For the Eiffel Tower, take metro line 9 direct - around 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is lively day and night, with many restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops within a few minutes' walk. Multiple metro stations nearby make car-free exploration easy, and the property is around a 30-minute walk from the Marais. If driving, reserve the paid off-site parking in advance.

Rooms were renovated in September 2019 and come in single, double, twin, triple and junior suite configurations, all with air conditioning (seasonal functionality), soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, safety deposit box, and en-suite private bathroom with a walk-in shower (some also have a bathtub). Most rooms have city views; none have a balcony. Room sizes can be compact, particularly for two people with luggage. Some twin rooms use two narrow single beds. A junior suite with two connecting rooms and a sofa bed is available for more space. While the property is fully renovated, some finishing details may show wear. Daily housekeeping is free.

Breakfast is a continental-style meal served at the hotel for €14 per person, with timing from 7:30 to 10:00 Monday-Saturday and until 10:30 on Sundays and public holidays. It includes viennoiseries, hot drinks, juice, and optional cold cuts and cheese. The hotel has a bar, a snack bar and a coffee house on site, and offers wine and champagne for an additional charge. Food delivery and hot meals are not permitted in the rooms. The vibrant Oberkampf neighbourhood offers numerous restaurants, bars and cafés within a few minutes' walk for those wanting more variety.
