Located in the Kabukicho district, the surrounding area is extremely vibrant with numerous restaurants, convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson), and nightlife - the entrance is on a relatively quieter side street. The distance to the station means a 15-minute walk for direct airport bus services at Shinjuku Station. Golden Gai is a short walk away, and the location offers a central base for exploring Shinjuku.

Each capsule is equipped with air conditioning, a personal fan/ventilation, an electrical outlet, a small shelf, and a table. Approximately 70 capsules in total (42 male, 28 female) on separate gender-segregated floors. The mattresses are described as very thin, which can be uncomfortable, especially on the top bunks, as the sleeping surface feels hard. Some capsules include a window, while others have a blind that may not fully close. Not all capsules are the same size; four units per floor are larger. The internal temperature can fluctuate, as the air conditioning system is centrally managed and may not suit all preferences, but a personal fan helps with ventilation. The dormitory areas are generally quiet, though noise from other capsules, the hallway, and the street can be heard.

The property does not provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, there is a microwave and a hot water dispenser in the lobby for basic food prep. The location is surrounded by numerous restaurants within a 0.5 km radius, including the Gyoza-Specialty Lee Shinjuku Main shop, Sushi-Zanmai, and a Korean restaurant Samurai. A 7-Eleven convenience store is right outside, and a Lawson is a 1-minute walk away, ideal for snacks and drinks. The lack of a kitchen or sink for washing is a noted limitation.
