The Franciscan Inn & Suites provides Spanish-style rooms and suites. King Guestrooms feature a king-sized bed, and select rooms include a private patio. Queen Queen Guestrooms, located upstairs in the Western wing, offer two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a tea/coffee maker. Deluxe King with Balcony rooms, situated in the Edgewater wing on the second story, include a private balcony, a king-size bed, and a table for two. Suites include Balcony Suites with mountain views and individual balconies. The Palm Suite is ADA compliant and features windows for catching ocean breezes, a large living room with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The Manager's Suite accommodates up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the main bedroom, a separate queen-size bedroom, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. The Edgewater Suite features a private entrance off Mason Street, a queen-size bedroom downstairs, a loft with a queen bed, and a full kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and fridge. The Santa Barbara Suite, located upstairs in the Western wing, includes a living room with a pull-out couch, a king-sized bed, hand-carved wood furnishings, and white shutters. Room amenities include LED flat-screen TVs, iHomes with QI wireless charging, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Franciscan Inn provides continental breakfast. A gift shop is open from 7 AM to 11 PM daily, offering beverages, snacks, and sundries. Guests can purchase SmartWater, Sparkling Water, Gatorade, Redbull, Pringles, Brownie Brittle, Pistachios, and Haribo Gummy Selection. Sundries available include toothbrush kits, shaving kits, razors, and Tylenol.

An outdoor pool is heated to 82° F year round and open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. A hot tub, heated to 104° F, is located in a separate area and open from 9 AM to 9:30 PM daily. Additional amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and a fireplace in the lobby.

The Franciscan Hotel is in West Beach, known for sunbathing and windsurfing, and one block from the beach and harbor. It is a 10-minute walk from Santa Barbara Amtrak. The Funk Zone, with restaurants, is about 10 walkable blocks near the train station, ocean, and downtown. Nearby landmarks include the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (1 km), Moreton Bay Fig Tree (0.5 km), and Santa Barbara Harbor (1 km).
