Vienna International Airport is 25 km away; the metro line connects directly to Wien Hauptbahnhof and the airport rail link.

Each apartment comprises a separate bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Rooms with a loft bed or a double bed are available, all with parquet flooring. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee machine. Additional fittings are a dining area, a seating area with a flat-screen TV offering streaming services, and soundproof walls. Rooms facing the street may hear traffic noise, but external shutters help reduce it. Heating is reliable, and the building is warm throughout. The interior is clean, modern, and well-appointed.
