U-Bahn stations Troststrasse and Reumannplatz are about 7min on foot, giving direct metro access to the city centre in around 20min. Several buses stop across the street, and a Billa supermarket is literally around the corner. There is no on-site parking, but the tram, metro and bus network make a car unnecessary for most trips. The surrounding streets are quiet, and the area has plenty of local restaurants, bakeries and small shops within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment comprises 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The bedroom has a large bed (two single duvets, soft mattress, comfortable pillows). A symbolic partition separates the sleeping area from the living space. The living room offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a sofa (which also serves as a sofa bed, though less comfortable than the main bed). A small desk and chair provide a work corner. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, toaster, electric kettle and tea/coffee maker, plus a dining table. The floors are tiled in the kitchen/bathroom and carpeted in the living room and bedroom. Wardrobe and storage space are available. The apartment is clean, stylish and modern, with high ceilings in the old building. A lift serves the floor, helpful for heavy luggage.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and tea/coffee maker - ideal for preparing your own meals. The area around the apartment offers a good choice of local restaurants: Restaurant Lovac and Loving Hut are both 0.3km away; Antika (Macedonian), Gasthaus Lorenz, Goldene Rose and Tichy are all about 0.5km. The famous Tichy ice cream parlour is also 0.5km away. The Billa supermarket right around the corner makes grocery shopping very convenient.
