Hotel Details

Location

A quiet Žižkov residential area, 2 km from Municipal House and 2 km from the National Museum, with a tram stop within a 5-minute walk.
The apartment sits in a calm, well-connected part of Žižkov, a non-touristy but lively neighbourhood. The tram stop is a short walk away, linking to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Prague Main Station is roughly 10-15 minutes on foot, making rail access convenient. Charles Bridge is a 30-minute tram ride. The area contains several supermarkets (Lidl, Albert, Tesco), local bars like Bukowski's Bar, and a variety of affordable restaurants within a few hundred metres. Riegrovy Sady park and the Žižkov Television Tower are also nearby.

Accommodation

Studio apartments with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, parquet floors, and a dining area. Sleeps 2-3 people.
Each studio includes a bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchenette contains a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and heating. Floor plans vary - some units have two single beds, others three single beds. Some rooms face an inner courtyard (quieter) while others face a school playground. Sound insulation between apartments is limited. Mattress quality can be inconsistent, with some showing wear. Rooms are generally spacious for the price and are kept clean upon arrival. Windows open for ventilation.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or bar, but the kitchenette allows self-catering. Numerous eateries are within a 5-minute walk.
The fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare simple meals for a short stay. Basic cookware and tableware are provided. For eating out, the surrounding streets offer several options including Doner Kebab Žižkov, Pivní Lokál Ostry, Einstein 2, and a typical Czech restaurant at U Krouzku - all within about 300 metres. A Lidl supermarket is a short walk away. There is no breakfast service.

Leisure

The property focuses on practical city-break accommodation without wellness or leisure facilities.
There are no wellness amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The available leisure is the neighbourhood itself - a short walk to Riegrovy Sady park, local pubs, and the Žižkov Television Tower for panoramic city views. The shared balcony/terrace offers outdoor seating.

Amenities

Free high-speed WiFi, self check-in, lockers for luggage storage, and a shared common area with a washing machine and dryer.
Check-in is self-service using a key locker and digital codes provided before arrival. The host communicates via messaging and is generally responsive. Luggage storage lockers are available in the common area. The common area also contains microwaves, a washing machine and dryer (both free to use), and tables and chairs. Cot(s) for babies are available on request. A free inverter/iron is available. Housekeeping is not mid-stay, and cleaning staff may have limited English. CCTV and smoke alarms are in place.
