Changi Airport is about 40 minutes by MRT or 20-30 minutes by car. The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of Indian, halal, and fast-food options, plus hawker centres within a 5-minute walk.

The hostel offers a range of dormitory and private family rooms, all fully air-conditioned with no windows and limited floor space - a factor that can make rooms feel compact, especially in larger dorms. Rooms are laid out with narrow aisles between beds. Each capsule provides fresh bedding, a power socket, reading light, clothes rack, and a cabin-size locker under the bed. Larger luggage must be stored in the downstairs luggage room. The mattress has a plastic layer that can be noisy when moving. Family rooms and private lockable rooms (Quadruple, Family Studio, Family Suite, Superior Family Room) are available. All bathrooms are shared, common facilities with hot showers and 2-in-1 shampoo/soap. Noise from other guests in dormitories is common, particularly late at night.
