AB SAGRADA FAMILIA - GAUDI, Barcelona

The apartment is located in a safe, residential yet central area, 200 metres from Sagrada Familia and within a short walk to metro and bus routes. The city centre is 10 minutes away by metro, and the bohemian Gracia district is 20 minutes on foot. For car-free travellers, this is a prime base: the area is completely walkable to many tourist sites, and you can access the entire city via public transport. A supermarket is immediately opposite, and the neighbourhood has a market, bakery, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a few hundred metres.

The apartments offer 2 bedrooms (with twin or double configurations), a living room with a double sofa bed, and at least one full private bathroom. Some units include a second courtesy bathroom. All apartments feature air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine, making them practical for longer stays. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Bed linen, towels, and free toiletries are provided, and each apartment is cleaned before arrival. Balconies or terraces are available depending on the unit; select your specific apartment to confirm the outdoor space. Large windows in some apartments provide a good view of the neighbourhood, and the apartments feel spacious enough for families. The sofa bed in the living room has been noted as missed during some cleanings, but overall cleanliness is high.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or bar, and breakfast availability depends on the booking. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher makes self-catering easy, supported by the supermarket directly opposite and a bakery and market within a few minutes. For eating out, the surrounding area offers a selection of restaurants and bars, including Casa Mariol Wine Bar, La Fromagerie, and Melat American Bakery, all within 0.5 km.

All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lift for upper-floor access. Check-in is digital via a third-party app with a virtual key, allowing direct entry to the apartment. If a physical key is preferred, it must be collected from an office a 40-minute walk away (open until 23:00). Free luggage storage is available at the same office, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Housekeeping is provided before arrival, but not during the stay unless requested. The property is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard only.
