The location in Poble Nou puts you in a quiet, non-touristy area while still providing excellent connectivity. The metro station is a 2-minute walk, giving quick access to the city centre and major sights. The beach and Poble Nou Park are both 15 minutes on foot. Glories Shopping Centre is a 10-minute walk away. Numerous cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 5-minute radius, and the area is well-supplied for self-catering. For airport access, take the metro or a taxi; no shuttle service is available. The rooftop terrace offers views of the Sagrada Família.

All apartments feature a private kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. The accommodation is mostly open-plan; there is no separate bedroom door in many units, which reduces privacy and amplifies sound. Rooms on the ground floor and near common areas can be noisy, with poor soundproofing. Apartments on higher floors are quieter. Some rooms have balconies, but not all: Executive apartments lack a balcony. Duplex apartments are split across two levels with stairs and often include a terrace. All apartments include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and an ironing board. The building has three elevators.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. The kitchen in each apartment is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, allowing for meal preparation. The surrounding area has numerous cafés, supermarkets (including Mercadona), and casual dining options within a short walk, suitable for buying supplies or eating out.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop and offers views of Barcelona and the Sagrada Família. The pool is not heated and the water is at natural temperature. The sun terrace is shared, and the pool area closes at 18:00, which may limit late-afternoon use. There is no spa or wellness centre at the property.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Reception is open from 10:30 to 18:00 and then from 23:00 to 07:00; outside these hours, self check-in or key collection from the Carrer Muntaner reception is available. Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in or after check-out. Concierge services can arrange tours, water sports, and other activities. Public on-site parking costs €25 per day, and cannot be reserved. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge. Cots are provided on request. The building has a lift, key card access, and CCTV in common areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
