The Gracia neighbourhood is a lively, safe area filled with boutiques, bakeries, and tapas bars. Fontana Metro Station (line 3) is 400 metres away, providing direct connections to Plaça Catalunya and the historic centre. Gaudí's Sagrada Família and La Pedrera are within a 20-minute walk, and Park Güell is roughly 30 minutes on foot. A 24-hour supermarket is 500 metres from the apartments, and the area is well supplied with fresh-food shops. The streets are narrow and lively, which can make taxi access a little tricky, but the metro and walking cover most needs.

Each apartment has a separate living area, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and cookware, plus a bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Some apartments have two bathrooms, a balcony, and parquet floors. Air conditioning is fitted throughout the entire apartment. Soundproofing is present, but internal noise from adjoining units can travel - the walls are thin in some areas. Cleanliness has been inconsistent, so it is wise to check the apartment soon after arrival. Beds are generally reported as comfortable, and the apartments offer generous space, especially the three-bedroom layouts that sleep up to seven people.

The apartment comes with a full kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) for preparing meals. A variety of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within a 300-metre walk, covering Spanish cuisine, Asian food, and pastries. A 24-hour supermarket is 500 metres away for groceries. Breakfast can be self-prepared or found at nearby cafés; no meal packages are offered by the property.

There is no on-site wellness centre, gym, or swimming pool. The Gracia neighbourhood itself is pleasant for walking, with many small squares and street life. Park Güell (a 30-minute walk) and the gardens of the Sagrada Família are accessible on foot. The proximity to metro connections makes it easy to reach Barcelona's beaches, Montjuïc, and other leisure attractions.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartments free of charge, though stability has been variable. Private parking is possible on site for €20 per day but only 2 spaces exist and cannot be reserved. An airport shuttle can be arranged at extra cost - staff can book taxis upon request. Luggage storage lockers are inside the building and can be used before check-in or after check-out. The building has an elevator, and baby cots are available on prior request. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is fully automated via a machine in the lobby; there is no 24-hour reception but remote assistance is available by phone.
