A taxi from the airport costs approximately €55 for a group of up to five. For drivers, paid on-site parking (€20/day) must be reserved in advance. The bathroom features a hairdryer and a shower or bathtub. All apartments have air conditioning and heating. The living room opens onto balconies that face the basilica directly. Some units occupy upper floors (e.g., 4th floor), and a one-room suite with a queen-size bed and sofa bed is also available. The building has no elevator, so stairs are required. Apartments are private, not shared. Bedrooms are noted to be soundproofed against street noise. An on-site shared rooftop terrace is accessible from 8:00 to midnight.

El Tastet de l'Artur serves breakfast and Spanish dishes, and is conveniently located within the building. The restaurant is also known for Catalan specialties and receives positive mentions. While breakfast availability should be confirmed for specific dates, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés, an Italian bistro, and grocery stores where you can buy fresh produce for self-catering. The kitchen in each apartment is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.

No spa or wellness centre is on site. The shared rooftop terrace, furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, and parasols, is the primary leisure facility and provides panoramic views of the Sagrada Familia - ideal for relaxing or photography. Terrace access is from 8:00 to midnight. A paid massage service can be arranged. For other recreation, the metro provides quick access to the beaches and park areas nearby.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Reception is staffed daily from 09:00 to 20:00 and can assist with luggage storage (free until 13:00, €5 per person after). Express check-in/out is available, and the property uses a self-check-in PIN code system for flexibility. A paid airport shuttle can be booked directly. Laundry facilities are available for an additional charge. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and a safety deposit box. The building has no elevator.
