MH APARTMENTS LICEO, Barcelona

The apartment is situated in a lively street off Las Ramblas, with Liceu Metro station just around the corner, providing quick connections across the city. Plaza Catalunya and MACBA Modern Art Museum are both within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is packed with cafes, bars, restaurants (e.g., Guell Tapas, Los Caracoles), and a supermarket is in the same building. Despite the central location, apartments facing the interior courtyard are notably quiet. For airport access, a taxi takes about 20 minutes; no shuttle service is available. The nearby metro makes car-free exploration easy.

Each apartment features a lounge with a sofa (some with a sofa bed), a kitchen with oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, and washing machine. Bedding configurations vary: one-bedroom apartments typically have a twin/single and a double sofa bed; two-bedroom apartments offer one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. All apartments have air conditioning, soundproof walls, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms are private with a shower; some two-bedroom units include an extra toilet room. Balconies are available on request - the two-bedroom apartment has a large balcony with table and chairs, while the one-bedroom has a very small balcony. Some apartments have a terrace with urban views. Interiors are modern and clean, though some units may show signs of age. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise; courtyard-facing rooms are much quieter.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, gym, or wellness centre. However, the prime location near Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, and Boqueria Market means guests are steps away from Barcelona's main cultural and leisure offerings. Beaches are a short metro ride away, and the Liceu Metro station provides quick access to the entire city.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every apartment via a dedicated router. Check-in is fully automated via a terminal in the lobby, open 24 hours, making late arrivals easy. Luggage lockers are available free of charge for use before check-in and after checkout. The building has a lift and is equipped with CCTV and fire extinguishers. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Cots and high chairs can be arranged. There is no daily housekeeping - towels and bed linen are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for taking out their own rubbish. The property accepts Visa and MasterCard. Multiple bookings made at the same time cannot be guaranteed to be on the same floor.
