Numerous restaurants and cafes, including Olympic Restaurant and Doo Wop Coffee Shop, are within a 5-minute walk. Cape May is 11 km south, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is 14 km. Atlantic City Airport is 68 km from the property. The area is highly walkable, and free golf cart transporters are available along the beachfront for longer distances.

Accommodation options range from studios to spacious suites with separate living areas and up to five beds. All units include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (filters provided, but not coffee). Select rooms have seating areas. Oceanfront rooms come with a private balcony, while other units may have a common walkway with outdoor sitting areas. Only oceanfront suites have king-size beds; other rooms have double beds and sleeper sofas. Private bathrooms include free toiletries and hair dryers.
