The hotel is set within a 19th-century building in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the Fori Imperiali. It is 300 metres from the Piazza della Repubblica metro stop and 1 km from Termini central station, with bus routes passing directly outside. Most major attractions - including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon - are within a 15-minute walk. The surrounding area is safe and full of shops, bars, and restaurants. The entrance can be challenging to locate at night as the hotel occupies the first floor of a private building; a small lift provides access.

Rooms offer en-suite bathrooms with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a safe deposit box, and a parquet floor. Some rooms include a mini-bar and a terrace, but no rooms have a balcony. Room sizes vary: double rooms can feel compact, while triple rooms and family rooms offer more space. Noise from the street and lobby can be an issue for rooms facing the road or near the reception; requesting a quieter room away from these areas is advisable.
