The hotel is in the 14th arrondissement, a dynamic residential area south of central Paris. Porte de Versailles exhibition centre is 10 minutes away by the tram stop directly opposite. Parc Montsouris is a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood offers numerous restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a pharmacy within a couple of blocks. Metro line 4 runs to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Châtelet, and many tourist attractions without changing trains. For airport transfers, the OrlyVal bus and shuttle services are available nearby.

Rooms are available in twin, double, triple, and family configurations. Standard double rooms are compact (around 11m2 of living space after bathroom and entry), while larger 'Confort' and 'Privilège' categories offer more space and some have inner-courtyard views for extra quietness. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite and sports channels, a minibar, an electric kettle with tea and coffee, a safe, and a hairdryer. Private bathrooms come with either a shower or a bathtub (note: bathtubs have a high step). Soundproofing is effective against street noise, but some sound carryover between rooms is possible. Family rooms can accommodate up to four people. Some higher-floor rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Because the elevator is currently out of service, rooms on the lower floors are easier to reach.

Breakfast is available in the breakfast room from 7:00-10:00 (weekdays) and 7:30-10:30 (weekends/bank holidays) for 15EUR per adult. The buffet includes hot drinks (Mariage Frères tea), fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts, cheese, cold meats, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, fresh fruit salad, French pastries, breads, and gluten-free products. Room service breakfast can be ordered for any time. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the adjacent Auto Passion Café serves French meals, and other restaurants are within 300m. In-room dining is not permitted.

The reception is staffed around the clock and languages include English, Italian and Spanish. Luggage can be stored free of charge before check-in and after checkout. A business corner on the 1st floor provides an iMac with internet access. The hotel offers a paid airport shuttle service (request after booking). Baby cots, high chairs, and bottle warmers are available on request. Other services include ironing equipment, shoe care kits, umbrella loans, and electrical adapters. Vending machines dispense drinks and snacks. Safety deposit boxes are provided in each room. The hotel is fully non-smoking and does not permit pets. Wi-Fi is free throughout. No parking is available on site.
