The apartments are situated in a quiet, residential area of Costa Adeje, a 15-minute walk downhill to El Puertito and Playa El Pinque beaches. Walking to central Adeje is steep and takes about 10 minutes by car, so a hire car or taxi is practical for everyday errands and exploring. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, providing access to Los Cristianos and other resorts. Playa Las Salinas is an 8-minute walk, and Tenerife South Airport is 27 km away. Several restaurants and a mini market are within a short walk, making self-catering and evening dining convenient without driving.

Apartments range from 2 to 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Each unit features a private entrance, air conditioning (in most bedrooms and living areas), soundproof walls, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and freezer, and a washing machine. Bathrooms are private, with some apartments offering 2 or 3 bathrooms. Larger units include a separate living room and a terrace with garden or ocean views. Some bedrooms lack natural ventilation and air conditioning - duplex apartments may have the third bedroom on an upper floor with a single bed convertible to a double. Condition varies between individually owned apartments; some are modern and well-maintained, while others show signs of wear. All apartments provide a safe and secure environment within a gated complex.

The complex features three outdoor swimming pools. One pool is heated from approximately October to April, making it suitable for year-round swimming. There is a separate shallow pool for children. All pools are surrounded by sun loungers and a sun terrace, with a pool bar adjacent to the main pool. The grounds are well-tended with palm trees and gardens, providing a peaceful atmosphere. On-site leisure includes a games room and table tennis. For outdoor activities, a long list of options is available within a short drive: hiking, cycling, scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding, and golf. A tennis court is a 15-minute drive away in Adeje. The nearby coves offer rockpooling for children.
