The surrounding area is a business park, so it is quiet at night and on weekends. A large shopping mall at the metro station includes supermarkets, restaurants, and a food court. The Flygbussarna airport bus from Arlanda stops a 5-minute walk away, with a journey time of approximately 30-35 minutes. Taxis from Arlanda take about 40 minutes. Private on-site parking is available for 150 SEK per night, but the area is not walkable to city-centre attractions.

Room types range from compact single rooms without windows (budget option) to superior double rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard. All rooms include heating, but no air conditioning. Rooms without windows can feel dark and claustrophobic due to lack of natural light and fresh air - better ventilation requires opening a window in rooms that have one. Some rooms have a kitchenette; these must be specifically booked. Beds vary: some are 140 cm wide double beds, which may feel narrow for two adults. Very soft mattresses are a common issue. Rooms on the ground floor risk reduced privacy when curtains are open. No rooms have a balcony. A TV with a few channels is provided; some sets lack streaming capability.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge (price subject to booking).
