The metro entrance is steps from the front door. Gamla Stan is a 15-minute walk, the Royal Palace 20 minutes. Arlanda Airport is 43 km away; Stockholm Södra commuter station is a 5-minute walk and connects to the airport via direct train. Södermalm itself is a lively neighbourhood with numerous bars, cafés and restaurants within a few blocks. The location is well-suited to walking and public transport; no parking is available on site.

Standard Single and Compact Double rooms are very compact, with limited luggage space and no wardrobe or chest of drawers - they work best for a one- or two-night stay. Larger Double and Superior Double rooms offer more floor space and storage, and some Superior Doubles have a balcony (request when booking). Rooms are heated but have no air conditioning; on warm days the lack of cooling is noticeable, especially in rooms with glass features. Ventilation can sometimes carry cooking odours from the kitchen. Beds are comfortable overall, but pillows are frequently described as uncomfortable. A limited number of hangers is provided; no in-room kettle or coffee/tea facilities are available.

Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold options including eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and vegan alternatives. The buffet runs Mon-Fri 06:30-10:00 and Sat-Sun 07:30-11:00. The on-site restaurant serves international dishes combining Nordic cuisine with exotic flavours; in summer, dining moves to the terrace. The bar and lounge area is a popular evening spot with cocktails and a lively atmosphere. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby around the clock.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa or wellness centre. The main leisure options are the on-site bar with its vibrant evening atmosphere and the surrounding Södermalm neighbourhood, which has many bars, cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

WiFi is free in all areas. Free luggage storage is available for arrivals before check-in and departures after check-out.
