AIRPORT SLEEPY INN, Cancun

The accommodation consists of double, twin, triple, and family rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, free toiletries, and towels. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, minibar, electric kettle, sitting area, and wardrobe. Bedding is firm, with some mattresses covered in plastic and using fitted sheets that can shift during sleep. Cooling is provided by air conditioning units, which can be noisy and are often positioned directly above the bed. Noise from neighboring rooms, corridors, and dogs on the property is common, and some rooms have limited natural ventilation. The property is spread over two locked compounds; the room shown in photos may not match the one assigned.

Breakfast is a basic continental spread with bread, eggs, and coffee, served between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. The property has a restaurant (Restaurant #1) and a bar, though their operating hours and menu are limited. The neighborhood has no nearby cafés, markets, or restaurants, so planning meals in advance or bringing snacks from the city is recommended. The on-site shop occasionally stocks pre-packaged items, but availability is inconsistent. For more variety, dining options require a taxi ride into central Cancún.
