ALCAM ENTENZA, Barcelona

The property is situated in a highly rated area of Barcelona, within walking distance of key attractions: Tivoli Theatre (2 km), Casa Batlló (3 km), and Sagrada Família (5 km). Plaça Espanya and a metro station are a few minutes' walk away, offering direct routes to the city centre and airport via bus. The surrounding streets are filled with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, including L'Amfora and Tickets within 0.5 km. The main road can be very loud, especially in street-facing apartments, but double glazing in some units reduces the noise.

The apartments range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, each with a separate living room, dining area, and up to 2 bathrooms. Beds are queen-sized and generally comfortable. Each unit has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a balcony or terrace. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Some apartments have a sofa bed. Street-facing rooms can be very noisy due to traffic and nearby nightlife, and single glazing may not block out the sound. The furniture and overall condition can feel worn in some apartments, with issues like broken chairs, stained sofas, and dated decor. Air conditioning is available and generally effective, though units may have a noticeable smell in some cases. Heating is available but may require setting the thermostat high to work effectively. The elevator is vintage and functional but does not reach apartments on the top floors, which require climbing stairs from the 4th floor.

Leisure facilities are limited to the apartment itself, which may include a private balcony or terrace. Some apartments have a roof terrace, though this is not available in all units. Barcelona's main attractions and parks are reachable via nearby public transport, but there are no on-site wellness or leisure amenities.
