The apartments sit on a quiet street in a safe, central neighbourhood, with the famous La Pedrera (Casa Milà) directly opposite. Diagonal Metro station (lines 3 and 5) is a 4-minute walk, providing direct train access to the airport and the rest of the city. The Sagrada Família is a 20-minute walk away, while Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla are about 10 minutes on foot. A taxi stand operates right in front of the building, and numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and a 24-hour supermarket are within two blocks.

One-bedroom apartments measure 56 m2 and feature an interior terrace (no street views), while two-bedroom apartments have small balconies. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with parquet floors, soundproof rooms, flat-screen TV, CD player, and iPod dock. Beds are comfortable and can be rearranged on request (two single beds can be pushed together to form a double). The private bathroom includes a hairdryer; all apartments have one bathroom, accessible through the bedroom on some layouts. Air conditioning works well and is available in all rooms. Some apartments include a washing machine. The overall feel is modern, functional, and quiet, with good storage space.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at Claris Apartments. However, the immediate area is packed with restaurants, tapas bars, bakeries, and cafés, including options like Ciudad Condal, Artapas Barcelona, and Dora Tapas Bar Restaurant, all within 0.3-1 km. A 24-hour supermarket is located directly beneath the building, making it easy to stock the fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware). For a morning meal, a bakery and a café are right across the street.
