ALEGORIA COLIVING EXPERIENCE, Seville

The property is located on a quiet alley off the main shopping street, yet directly in the city's core. Triana Bridge is less than 1 km away, Plaza de Armas is a 13-minute walk, and the Royal Alcázar is 1 km. The airport bus stop is a 10-minute walk; taxis drop off about 500 metres away due to pedestrian streets. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are immediately surrounding the building, with a bakery (Cristum) at the entrance. The location is particularly convenient for sightseeing on foot and has a location score of 9.8.

Alegoría offers double rooms (with one or three beds), twin rooms, and a single room. All have private bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Each room has a balcony, though some face an interior patio or the street. The building has a lift. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds, but walls are thin and noise from neighbouring rooms and street activity can be an issue. Light sleepers should request an inner room. Some rooms have small windows and limited natural light. Air conditioning and heating are provided, but the hot water supply may require 10-15 minutes to warm up. Bathroom sewage odour has been reported in some units, so keeping the bathroom door closed is advisable. The accommodation suits travellers prioritising location and budget over full soundproofing.

The guest kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, large fridge, utensils, and free tea and coffee. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks. The bakery Cristum at the entrance provides fresh bread and pastries each morning - a practical option for breakfast. Many cafés and restaurants are within a 1-minute walk, offering tapas, brunch, and full meals. For longer stays, the kitchen and nearby supermarkets make self-catering straightforward.

The building's rooftop terrace is a sunny spot with sofas, tables, and chairs - ideal for relaxing after sightseeing. Free walking tours are included; bike tours and pub crawls can be arranged for an additional cost. The terrace and common areas provide a social atmosphere. Board games are available in the lounge. The location itself is a gateway to Seville's cultural life, with flamenco shows, tapas bars, and historic landmarks all within easy walking distance.

Services include express check-in/out via keyless codes, a shared lounge/TV area, and a tour desk. Laundry (coin-operated) and luggage storage (subject to time limits) are convenient for longer stays or late flights. The property has a lift and ramps, making it accessible. Vending machines are present. Housekeeping is provided every few days, and guests can request additional service. Payment is by card only (Visa, Red 6000, Maestro, MasterCard). No parking is available on-site.
