The hostel is within a 15-minute walk of Seville Cathedral, the Alcázar, and Calle Sierpes shopping street. The EA airport bus (4 EUR, 45 minutes) stops at Plaza de Armas, a 10-minute walk away. The immediate area is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops, with eight dining options within 300 m. Public transport connections make car-free exploration easy, though the city centre is very walkable.

Room options include 4-bed and 6-bed private rooms, female-only dorms, and mixed dorms accommodating up to 14 people. Bunk beds are wooden and may creak with movement; dorm rooms often have two bathrooms (shower and toilet) for the room, but larger dorms may share one bathroom with a separate toilet. Rooms with private bathrooms feature a hairdryer. Storage is provided via lockable boxes under the bed (padlock needed). Some rooms have tiny balconies. Windows on lower floors face an interior courtyard where noise from communal areas can be audible. Air conditioning is available, and heating is provided in cooler months. The atmosphere is social and lively, making it less suitable for those seeking complete quiet.

The breakfast includes continental and full English/Irish selections, with vegan options available on request. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including fridges and cooking utensils. The rooftop bar serves a selection of drinks (including wine, champagne, and cocktails) and has a snack menu. BBQ facilities are available on the terrace for guest use. There is no restaurant on-site, but the surrounding streets offer numerous dining choices within a 5-minute walk. A vending machine with snacks and drinks is also available.

The pool is located on the rooftop and is open approximately from March to September, depending on weather during autumn/winter. It is a popular spot for sunbathing and socializing, often with a bar and lounge music. The hostel organizes free walking tours, flamenco shows, and pub crawls (Wednesday to Sunday, with a 15 EUR fee for pub crawl). Board games, table tennis, and a shared lounge/TV area provide additional leisure options. The rooftop also features outdoor furniture and sun loungers. There is no spa or gym.

The property has a lift, air conditioning, heating, and non-smoking rooms. A designated smoking area is on the rooftop. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. Reception services include a tour desk and invoice provision.
