Each apartment is air-conditioned and features a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware and a dining area. Some apartments have a terrace or balcony (note: the Andalusian-style balcony is not for sitting on). The interiors are clean and modern, though some apartments facing the street can be noisy at night due to the lively square. Rooms facing the interior courtyard tend to be quieter. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout works well for families or two couples, providing separate sleeping areas and privacy. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

Each apartment has a private, full kitchen allowing guests to prepare meals. The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. However, the surrounding square is filled with local tapas bars and restaurants, with options such as El Gato Azul, Rayuela, and Delantal Negro only a 0.5 km walk away. A supermarket is directly opposite the building, making it easy to stock up on groceries for breakfast or simple meals. The area offers an authentic dining scene with many affordable, non-touristy options. Cafés such as Cafe Moma and La Bicicleteria are also within a few minutes' walk for coffee and pastries.

The main wellness facility is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool located on the rooftop, open from June to September. It is not heated and has a shallow end. The pool is relatively small, suitable for cooling off rather than serious swimming. Sun loungers and pool/beach towels are available. The rooftop terrace is open year-round from 09:00 to 22:00, offering sunbeds and city views - ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There is no shade on the rooftop, so sun protection is essential during the summer months. The pool may sometimes be less clean due to pigeon activity; the property states it receives intensive cleaning as needed.
