ALMA SUITES MADRID CH, Madrid

The property sits in the Lavapiés neighbourhood, a short walk from Puerta de Atocha and the Reina Sofia Museum, with Plaza Mayor and Gran Via within 15 minutes on foot. Metro and train stations are 5-7 minutes away, providing direct access to Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport (15 km). The location is surrounded by local markets, shops, and diverse dining options, yet the street remains quiet. The walking distance to main attractions makes car use unnecessary for most sightseeing, though paid public parking is available 600m from the building.

The one-bedroom apartments are renovated, clean, and quiet, with an inner courtyard view and direct private entrance. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a bidet, and the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with USB ports on both sides. The living area includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cookware. Additional conveniences include soundproofing, individual air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a safety deposit box. The apartment design keeps the bathroom separate from the bedroom, minimizing disturbance at night.

The property does not offer a breakfast service or dedicated dining facilities. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and cookware) plus a washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals and manage longer stays. Basic pantry items such as salt, sugar, tea, and coffee are provided. The immediate neighbourhood has a wide variety of restaurants, including Cafe Viralata, Bombay Palace, and several local Italian and ethnic options, all within a short walk.
