Puerta de Toledo metro offers direct access to the city centre without climbing hills. The Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 km away. On Sundays, the street transforms into the massive El Rastro flea market, which is fun to explore but can make walking difficult. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, but the street is on a slight incline.

Rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment has a washing machine, ironing facilities, dining area, and TV. Some apartments have a balcony overlooking the street, while others face a quieter interior courtyard.
