The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and the Moulin Rouge, with Montmartre's streets and attractions easily reachable on foot. The metro station provides direct access to Châtelet, Père Lachaise, and other central hubs. Gare du Nord offers Eurostar and RER connections, making the location ideal for short city breaks. While the immediate area around Barbès-Rochechouart can feel intimidating at night, using Anvers station (one stop away) provides a safer walk via the Montmartre hill. Several restaurants, bakeries, and shops are within a 5-minute walk.

Room sizes vary, with some being compact by international standards. All rooms include soundproofing, a desk, a safe, and heating. A kettle with tea and coffee is provided, along with bottled water and biscuits. Some rooms feature a balcony. Bathrooms are private with a shower; a few bathrooms are notably narrow. For quieter nights, request a room away from the lift. Rooms on the 6th floor can become very hot in summer without air conditioning - a fan is available on request. Housekeeping is daily, with towels replaced. Some rooms have full-length windows overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, juice, and hot drinks, available as a continental buffet. The cost is 11 EUR per person. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, but numerous eateries - brasseries, bakeries, kebab shops - are within a few minutes' walk. The hotel does not offer room service.
