The hotel is on a quiet, safe street just off the main thoroughfares, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within a minute's walk. The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk away, and the Vatican is a 10-minute metro ride. A metro stop is a 2-minute walk, and Termini station provides direct train and bus connections to both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. The neighborhood feels secure and clean, and the building's secure entrance adds privacy.

Each room is individually decorated with luxury fabrics, Swarovski lamps, and frescoes. Standard rooms are compact with limited storage and no wardrobe; they contain a single chair. Some rooms have sofa beds with thin mattresses. Front-facing rooms overlook the Opera House, while inner courtyard rooms offer quieter sleep. All rooms include air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with shower, a mini fridge, and an electric kettle for the hallway tea/coffee station. Pillows are thin, and there is no in-room phone or clock. Opening windows may allow mosquitoes in.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast includes one hot drink; additional servings may incur a charge. A complimentary coffee and tea station with a Lavazza machine is available in the hallway 24/7.
