The hotel is on a street just off Piazza della Repubblica, 5 minutes on foot from Termini's train, metro, and bus connections. The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk away, and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are reachable in 25 minutes on foot or a 5-minute metro ride. The Baths of Diocletian and the National Roman Museum are within a 2-minute walk. The area around Termini has numerous restaurants, shops, and a Carrefour express supermarket. While the immediate streets can feel less polished late at night, the hotel is well connected for day and evening sightseeing. A paid private airport transfer can be arranged, and for those arriving by car, no on-site parking is available, but discounted public parking is nearby.

All rooms include a private en-suite tiled bathroom with a tub or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Each room has a flat-screen satellite TV, electric kettle, and wardrobe. Some rooms offer an inner courtyard view. Bed preference - a single, double, or twin setup - should be specified when booking as rooms are assigned accordingly. While the building and furniture show signs of age, the beds are consistently described as comfortable, and the rooms offer sufficient space for a city break. A lift is available to all floors. No rooms have a balcony.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served in a basement room. The spread includes croissants, cakes, toast bread, butter, jams, sliced ham and cheese, cornflakes, yoghurt, sliced fruit, rusks, and a coffee machine with espresso, cappuccino, and other hot drinks. The hotel has a bar on the ground floor serving tea, coffee, and alcoholic drinks, plus a coffee house on site. There is no sit-down restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés within a few minutes' walk.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The 24-hour reception can arrange airport transfers to/from Fiumicino and Ciampino (paid), personal sightseeing tours, scooter rentals, and a laundry service. Luggage storage is available on both check-in and check-out days from 07:00 to 22:00 - free on those days, otherwise a fee applies for longer storage. A lift serves all floors.
