The area is well served by restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores, making it easy to pick up supplies or a quick meal. Street parking (hourly fee 07:00-23:00, free on holidays) is available with white stripes, though the car-free traveller will find the walkability and public transport coverage ideal.

Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. The double room includes a ceiling fan, while triple and quadruple rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot upon advance request. Several units are newly renovated, with modern furnishings and parquet flooring, though some rooms are older and smaller than depicted in marketing photos. Those requiring a bright, spacious environment should request room 7, which is known for being newly updated. Important: air conditioning and plumbing functionality can vary; confirm noise from the reception area, street-facing rooms, and internal lifts when selecting a room.

The Italian breakfast consists of a box left in the room each day, containing individually wrapped sweet pastries, cheese, and ham - a basic, grab-and-go option rather than a hot buffet. A self-service coffee machine in the lobby is available throughout the day for espresso and hot drinks. Rooms are supplied with an electric kettle and tea/coffee for in-room preparation. There is no on-site restaurant, but a wide selection of pizzerias, sandwich bars, and international restaurants lie within a 1- to 2-block radius, including highly rated options such as La Famiglia.
