Discounted tickets to Casino Pier Rides and Breakwater Waterpark can be purchased on site, providing easy access to amusement rides and a waterpark without the full price. There is no fitness centre, spa, or wellness centre on the property. The adjacent boardwalk and beach are the primary leisure draws, with everything within a short, pleasant walk.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property (including in rooms). Free public parking is available both on-site (limited) and at a nearby location across the street, with no reservation needed. The property provides 24-hour security with CCTV in common areas and outside, plus smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Express check-in/out is offered (check-in 14:00-00:00, check-out 10:00), and early check-in can be requested. A cash security deposit is required for guests aged 18. The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, with easy check-in/out and luggage storage available. There is no lift; ground-floor apartments are available but with some steps. No pets are allowed, and no on-site laundry facilities exist. The property accepts Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
