The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon, and a 10-minute walk from the Jardin des Plantes. Notre-Dame is reachable within a 15-minute walk, and the Eiffel Tower is about an hour on foot or a short Uber ride away. Luxembourg RER station (line B) is just 500 metres away, offering direct trains to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Place Monge metro (line 7) is 700 metres from the hotel, and several bus lines stop nearby. The area is safe and lively, with many cafés, bistros, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

Room sizes range from compact 11 m2 singles ideal for short solo stays to family rooms up to 21 m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms include air conditioning, a safe, a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Well-equipped private bathrooms feature organic toiletries and either a shower or bathtub. Many rooms overlook a quiet interior courtyard, which helps reduce street noise. Some rooms offer a small balcony or a view of the Panthéon. Beds are comfortable, though some double rooms use two twin beds pushed together. Road-facing rooms on lower floors can be noisy, so light sleepers should request a quiet room. Linen is a signature waffle-weave fabric, which some find less soft. Daily housekeeping is provided, and luggage storage is free.

A continental buffet breakfast is offered each morning from the hotel, with bread, pastries, cheese, cold meats, yogurt, fruit, and hot drinks. An express breakfast formula is also available, consisting of a hot drink, orange juice, and three French pastries.
