The hotel sits in the heart of Montmartre, opposite the Abbesses metro station (line 12), providing direct access to central Paris attractions. Sacré-Cœur is a short uphill walk, and the Moulin Rouge is 15 minutes on foot. The surrounding Place des Abbesses is lined with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants, including several within 300 metres. Gare du Nord is 15 minutes away on foot. Orly Airport can be reached by taxi or RER B and metro 2; Charles de Gaulle is better accessed by RER B then metro 2. No parking is on site; the nearest public car park is at Parking Blanche Pigalle, a 15-minute walk.

The hotel offers standard, comfort, privilege, and deluxe double rooms. Deluxe and upper-floor rooms provide views of the Eiffel Tower or Sacré-Cœur - well worth the upgrade. Rooms are compact, especially the standards, which may be challenging for guests with large luggage. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a bath or shower, hairdryer, wardrobe, safe, and carpeted floors. Some rooms have a kettle, but cups and tea/coffee are not always provided; you can request them at reception. There is no air conditioning; fans are supplied. Soundproofing is limited - noise from the street, metro vibrations, and neighbouring rooms can be audible. Heating is available in winter. Some rooms have connecting doors (upon request). The lift is very small; guests on higher floors should factor in stairs for part of the journey.

Breakfast is available for an additional €10 per person and is served in the hotel's dining room. The buffet includes fresh croissants and baguette, espresso and americano coffee, ham, cheese, cereals, organic food, yoghurts, fresh fruits, and organic juices. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but grocery deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge. Hundreds of cafés and restaurants are within a short walk on Place des Abbesses and the surrounding streets.
