Pavlova station provides access to metro lines, trams (including lines 22 and 23), and buses, making all major landmarks easily reachable on foot or by public transport. Prague National Museum is 600 metres away, and the city centre is a 10-15 minute walk. Airport shuttle transfers can be arranged for a fee (up to 4 persons - €36 or 900 CZK per car one way). The botanical garden is 800 metres away, and Folimanka Park with a vineyard is 600 metres from the property. A supermarket is 100 metres from the apartments, with a larger BILLA supermarket a 10-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants and coffee bars are within a 5-minute walk. Road-facing apartments can be noisy, especially with windows open.

The property offers studio apartments (double or twin beds) and larger one-bedroom apartments with separate sleeping areas. Each unit features a flat-screen TV, desk, seating area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and cookware.
