The apartments are situated on a main road in a safe, convenient neighbourhood. The I.P. Pavlova station provides access to metro lines, trams (including lines 22 and 23), and buses, making all major landmarks easily reachable on foot or by public transport. Prague National Museum is 600 metres away, and the city centre is a 10-15 minute walk. Airport shuttle transfers can be arranged for a fee (up to 4 persons - €36 or 900 CZK per car one way). The botanical garden is 800 metres away, and Folimanka Park with a vineyard is 600 metres from the property. A supermarket is 100 metres from the apartments, with a larger BILLA supermarket a 10-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants and coffee bars are within a 5-minute walk. Road-facing apartments can be noisy, especially with windows open.

The property offers studio apartments (double or twin beds) and larger one-bedroom apartments with separate sleeping areas. Each unit features a flat-screen TV, desk, seating area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and cookware. Private bathrooms include free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a powerful shower. Some apartments have a terrace or courtyard views. Noise isolation is generally good, with rear-facing rooms notably quiet despite the main road location. Bed configurations vary - some rooms have twin beds pushed together, which may feel less stable. Beds are generally firm; mattress preference varies. Rooms on higher floors can become hot during summer; apartments with air conditioning or a ceiling fan are available upon request. There are no rooms with a balcony.

The paid breakfast is a continental buffet with hot and cold options; it is considered substantial and good value by many, though the sweet selection may be limited. Since breakfast is not included in the room rate, guests can also prepare meals in the apartment kitchenette, which is well supplied with utensils, cookware, and basic condiments such as salt, sugar, and pepper. No restaurant or bar is on site, but the immediate area offers numerous dining options within a 2-5 minute walk, including Italian, Asian, and traditional Czech restaurants, plus several coffee bars.
