The hotel is situated at the corner of the main street with metro and tram stops within a two-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre and main train station. Wenceslas Square is a ten-minute walk away, and the National Museum and Prague Congress Centre are also within comfortable walking distance. The location is practical for car-free travel, though the street can be noisy; upstairs rooms away from the road offer more quiet. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 300-500-metre radius, and the hotel's own airport shuttle is available for a fee.

Each room is decorated with quality furnishings and carpets, and all have a private bathroom (some with bathtub, some with shower), a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, hairdryer, and safety deposit box. Air conditioning is operational only from June 20 to August 20; outside that period, opening windows is necessary, which may introduce street noise. The building dates to the early 20th century, and some rooms have original wall paintings. Rooms are generally of a good size, but top-floor attic rooms have sloping ceilings and smaller layouts. Some bedding and mattresses are older, and floorboards can creak. A fridge is available in every room, and daily housekeeping is included.

The breakfast buffet includes breads, cold meats, cheese, eggs, and hot drinks. The quality and variety are considered basic, and some items such as pastries and bread may be from the previous day. The hotel does not operate a restaurant or bar, so lunch and dinner must be sought elsewhere. Several eateries are within a short walk, including Café Brixen, Pizza Coloseum, and Wonderlust Coffee & Restaurant. For other meals, the surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options.

The hotel does not have its own wellness facilities. Guests can arrange bicycle rental, bike tours, walking tours, and tour or class about local culture from the hotel at an additional charge. The central location makes it easy to explore Prague's attractions on foot or by public transport.
