The hotel is well positioned for exploring Tokyo: a 7-minute walk brings you to JR Ochanomizu Station (Chuo/Sobu lines), while Suehirocho Station (Ginza Line) is also within a short stroll. Akihabara's electronic shops and anime culture are a 13-minute walk away, and Ueno Park is reachable in a 12-minute train-and-walk combination. The immediate neighborhood is calm and safe, with a 7-Eleven next door and numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. For events at Tokyo Dome, it's a 20-minute walk. Multiple bus and metro connections make it easy to reach Shinjuku, Shibuya, and other districts without changing trains often.

Standard double and single rooms feature soundproof walls, carpeted floors, yukata, and free toiletries. While the rooms are efficiently designed, they are notably small: a single room works well for a solo traveler, but a double room can feel cramped for two, especially with luggage. The bed is a western-style with good comfort, though some units have firm mattresses typical of Japan. Air conditioning is present but some rooms have limited temperature control, and windows only open a few centimeters, which can lead to humidity. Daily housekeeping refreshes towels and supplies, but full cleaning may occur every three days. Note that the TV may automatically switch on when the room key is inserted. Smoking rooms are available on a dedicated floor; residual smoke odor may sometimes affect non-smoking rooms.

Grill & Bar Porco Piatto offers an Italian buffet breakfast with a mix of hot and cold dishes. The restaurant also opens for lunch and dinner (closed Sunday dinner), serving Italian cuisine in a romantic ambiance. Breakfast can be busy due to limited seating, so arriving early is advisable.
