The guesthouse is located in the Naka-Itabashi area, a calm and safe neighbourhood about 30 km from Haneda Airport. From the property, Naka-Itabashi Station is a short walk away; trains run every 15 minutes to Ikebukuro, giving direct access to Shinjuku (about 20 minutes) and other major Tokyo destinations. The area is walkable, with convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart, plus supermarkets, restaurants, and a fruit-and-veg shop within minutes. Happy Road Ohyama Shopping Street and the Japan Calligraphy Museum are both less than 1 km away. For longer trips using the local train line, a separate ticket or IC card is needed - the metro pass may not cover this private line. Car travel is not practical as there is no parking; all access is via public transport or walking.

Dormitories are located on multiple floors; women-only rooms are on the second and third floors. The beds are described as spacious and comfortable, with carpeted floors and curtains for privacy. Each bed includes a lamp, a power outlet, and air conditioning. Shared toilets and shower booths are separated by gender; the female shower on the third floor has a lockable door for privacy. Some rooms have a private bathroom, but most are shared. The dormitories on the second and third floors have bathrooms outside the room; the first floor uses the basement shower. No rooms have a balcony. Two people cannot share one bed. The property has a no-shoes policy inside the dormitory areas, contributing to the noticeably clean environment. The basement common area offers additional seating with traditional floor mats and tables. Staff can help carry heavy luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator.

The guesthouse does not provide breakfast or operate a restaurant. The basement lounge has a complimentary self-service coffee and tea machine, as well as a refrigerator and a shared kitchen with basic equipment. Staff wash the dishes and keep the kitchen area clean. Within a short walk of the property there are many dining options, including Matsuya (beef bowls), Coco Ichibanya (curry), Koiki Soba (noodles), several convenience stores, and a small halal food supermarket. There are also several bars in the surrounding area. Guests planning to eat in can use the lounge's seating areas and microwave. A towel rental (100 JPY) is available if needed.

The guesthouse does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. Leisure options are limited to common spaces: a sun terrace on the rooftop, a ground-floor unit with a shared lounge and TV area, and the basement common room which has manga, floor mats, and comfortable seating. Free coffee and tea are available throughout the day. A shaved ice machine is sometimes present, and the staff occasionally host small events in the lounge. The peaceful residential area itself is suitable for walking or relaxing away from central Tokyo's bustle. Bicycle rentals (LUUP) are available nearby, though a Japanese phone number is required.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. The guesthouse offers luggage storage before check-in (from 7:00) and after check-out until the check-out day; luggage can be kept next to the front desk or in the room during the stay. Small safety lockers for passports/wallets are free. Laundry facilities (additional charge) are on the top floor; detergent can be bought at reception. Fax/photocopying is available for an extra fee. The reception provides invoice and check-in services. Security includes CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key card access. Staff are available to help with large luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator, no on-site restaurant, and no parking. Guests staying over 2 nights do not need to check in and out daily.
