The location is the property's strongest asset, placing you directly on one of Malaga's liveliest squares, surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants, and the Picasso Museum just around the corner. La Malagueta Beach is reachable in 10-15 minutes on foot, and the Alcazaba fortress and Malaga Cathedral are both about 600 metres away. Malaga Park is a 7-minute walk, and Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 3 km from the apartment. The airport is 10 km away; a taxi from the airport can be arranged. The area is fully walkable for sightseeing and dining, and a bus stop is located right at the building.

The apartments are spacious, clean, and modern, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and comfortable beds. Each unit includes a separate living room, dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cookware. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided. Bedrooms have good storage space. Apartments with a view of Plaza de la Merced have windows overlooking the square, while those facing the back are quieter and darker. Top-floor apartments are bright. The building has no lift, so expect stairs (some apartments are on the 4th floor).

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at the property, but the location on Plaza de la Merced puts dozens of dining options within a few steps. El Carmen Tapas, Bar Picasso, and Canadu Vegetariano are all 0.5 km away, offering a variety of cuisines from traditional Spanish tapas to vegetarian and international dishes. A supermarket is around the corner for groceries. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, making self-catering a convenient option.
