The resort stretches over 76.2 m of beachfront property, giving direct access to the sand and ocean. A dog-friendly beach is a short walk north. Melbourne International Airport is 24 km away, and Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral are within a few kilometers. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short cycle or about a $7 Uber ride, with restaurants and a small store within walking distance. The property sits on the beach side of the road; road noise is not heard at night, providing a quiet, secure setting away from nightlife crowds.

Two oceanfront suites offer direct ocean views; one-bedroom apartments are set slightly behind. Each unit includes a private bathroom (shower only, no bathtub), air conditioning, and a TV with cable. Kitchenettes in standard rooms come with a microwave, refrigerator, and two-burner stovetop; full kitchens in suites add an oven, stovetop, toaster, blender, and cookware. Rooms feature carpeted or parquet floors, a sitting area, dining table, ironing facilities, and a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee or similar). There are no balconies. All rooms are ground level, and the front-facing units have screened windows that let in ocean breezes. The unit near the office is slightly smaller. Two double beds per suite; twin beds are oversized futon-style that fold down.

Breakfast may be included depending on the rate plan selected at booking. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. Guests can use the communal deck with tables and chairs for meals with an ocean view, and the outdoor stone barbecue and picnic area are available for grilling. A small store and a restaurant are within walking distance, and downtown Cocoa Beach offers additional dining options accessible by a short cycle or Uber ride.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is open year-round from dawn to dusk, with a fence for safety. It offers a direct ocean view and is just a few steps from the rooms. The private beach area includes sun loungers, beach chairs, and a couple of beach umbrellas available at check-in. A large deck with tables, chairs, and a sunshade overlooks the ocean. An outdoor fireplace and picnic area provide additional relaxation spots. Fishing from the beach is permitted and reportedly productive.

Free public parking is available on site without reservation, including accessible spaces. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Pets are allowed with a per-pet nightly fee. Housekeeping and laundry services are free. Reception provides private check-in/check-out and an invoice. Safety features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. All units are ground level, with no lift needed. No airport shuttle service is available.
